As the president of TV One, Bradley Siegel is responsible for overseeing all business, operational and creative aspects of the network. During his first year, TV One introduced a new brand promise to REPRESENT the best of Black culture and entertainment – past, present and future.
By building on a strong legacy, TV One is redefining the narrative and elevating voices in the Black community with fresh, bold new programming. This includes Siegel’s commitment to defy expectations in the next year by debuting 26 original movies, and increase the primetime schedule to four nights of originals with 7 new series and 7 returning series. He’s also renewed TV One’s American Black Film Festival relationship with its second annual TV One Screenplay Competition.
Siegel is a veteran TV executive with more than 30 years of experience, including serving as UP TV and ASPiRE’s co-founder and vice chairman; president of Turner Entertainment Networks (TNT, TBS, TCM, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim and Turner Studios); AMC’s VP of programming; founder/VP/GM of New York’s Campus Network; and Sportswise magazine’s promotion director.
