All complimentary media and industry analyst registrations are subject to verification, and a photo ID is required to retrieve registration materials onsite.
NCTA maintains the right to request writing samples from reporters who seek complimentary media registration.
All freelancers must submit letters of assignment (on official letterhead) from their editors.
Office/convention managers responsible for handling registration on behalf of their editorial staff must register individually (online) with personal contact information for each registrant, including phone number, fax number, mailing address, and email.
Media badges and information packets will not be mailed in advance, so all pre-registered media should plan to pick up their materials on-site at the Media Center at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

A current article with your byline
A current article in which you are quoted as an industry analyst
A cover page of a recent market research report citing you as a contributor
Analysts who are employed by financial services firms are not eligible for industry analyst credentials.
